Hello, my name is Ivor.
My question is this.....How do you think or
feel.......about anything at all? I'll run a few clues....martini occasion, mind, God,
maintaining emotional balance in all situations with a sense of humour, applied
spirituality, emotional balance with humour.
In the following text I make many assumptions. Your critical coments and questions will allow me to see my world, through your eyes. Truth exists in all humour and criticism.
Introspection: Form of detachment enableing me to see how I am in a given situation.
Expectation: One outcome in a given situation, which is highly emotionally charged, such that all other posiible outcomes are negated as irrelevant prior to the event.
Guilt: State of persisting emotional and/or mental conflict, resulting from an acrion or thought that contradicted one's own value belief system. ie. doin to other what I would not like done to me (a feeling of unfairness).
Ego: The sum total of conditioning which filters the needs of the self to suit conditioned standards. Ego uses fear to control individual self expression.
Self Acceptance: State of no unpleasant emotions, comfortable, no fear. (no need to elaborate)
Strength (emotional): The ability to challenge fear resulting in an emotional comfort zone: is a measure of one's comfort zone.
Intimacy: (feeling state) Where emotionally charged situations are felt and able to be communicated to another person within a perceived safe space. Intimacy is dependent on strength to become vulnerable.
Sexuality: Unconcious response from the body creating an attraction to a particular chorizma (comfort zone) in another person or object. Sexuality will change depending on what emotional comfort zone is being chosen by the body.
Enlightment: State of no fear leaving only a state of total self acceptance. This state can only exist when all reflections of others are also of total acceptance. maximum endorfin production which has no triggers.
Reflection or mirrors: When I focus on what other people are doing my emotional focus will look for what is happening in myself, in others. eg. If I am angry then I notice anger in others and the same for sadness, guilt, anxiety, love, joy, freedom, etc.
Emotional Balance: Being able to be comfortable ( not responding to fear ) in a given situation and looking at each event knowing that if I am not comfortable than I have an emotional conflict in myself.
Self responsibility: No person or event can make me angry, sad, etc. though a person can trigger anger sadness etc. in me. The endorfin production in my mind is turned on or off by me depending on how I perceive the trigger.
Fear (acronym) is false expectations appearing real.
Stress: A conflict between what I would love to do and what I feel others expect of me (who am I trying to please).
Pain:A physiological response from the body to an emotional conflict in either the concious and/or unconcious mind.
Truth: The degree of best fit of data coming in from the reality being superimposed on the unconcious philosophical model of reality and interpreted as a feeling.
